In continuation of the informative email sent to all our customers, we provide the list of services affected by the tariff increase on 1 February 2025 and various FAQs on the subject.
Below is a list of the expected increases according to the main product categories provided as an indication, which does not take into account the discount bands reserved for Premium customers (with a support contract):
Remote consulting: +7%
On-site consultancy: +8%
Domains: +9%
SSL certificates: +9%
Email hosting or Microsoft 365 licenses: +8%
Hosting: +8%
Dedicated Servers, VPS and Cloud Backup: +9%
Web Marketing Services: +4%
Backup servers managed by ZenaConsult: +13%
Since the entry into force of the last price list to date, there has been a generalised increase in production costs, mainly due to exceptional increases in energy costs and considerable tariff increases by the various Registration Authorities of domain names and other providers, to which must be added the costs associated with improving product quality, maintaining high levels of service security, and the need to boost research and development.
The new purchase and renewal prices will come into effect on 28 December 2022.
The expiry date of your products and services will remain the original one, and you will be able to decide independently whether or not to renew your services at the new price.
If you have renewed your services before 1 February 2025, you will be able to continue using them without any price changes until they expire.
At the next renewal, on the other hand, the new prices will be applied and you will be free to decide independently whether or not to renew your services at the new price.
If the service does not appear in the list, it means that it is not affected by the price change that will come into effect on 1 February 2025. Should there be further price revisions in the future, we will inform customers with a specific communication.
The new tariffs include increases due to energy cost inflation and increases imposed by the various Registration Authorities of domain names and other providers. These increases are not common to all products and services offered, with some being more affected by rising energy costs or subject to larger increases by providers.
